The CAIA Association, a non-profit organization founded in 2002, is the world’s authority in alternative investment education. CAIA needed to design a more effective online marketing presence, while integrating several new software and
CRM systems for curriculum and member management.
Services included: Discovery, analysis, and technical requirements definition. User Interviews, board and stakeholder requirement and vision workshops. Sitemapping, wireframing. Content redesign for CMS. Responsive visual design system. Content strategy training. Currently managing Drupal 7 implementation, QA/testing and integration of several so ware platforms.
