Internship

Self-taught or top of your class, we are looking for someone with a firm understanding of design fundamentals, boundless creativity, and a passion for all things web.  RDI interns experience more than making copies and running to the post office (although occasionally there is some of that). We aim to inspire and tutor our interns with hands-on experience in our company’s design and web development process --  from concept through "post-mortem" critique (that's after the project's life - not yours).

Jr Developer

Are you a driven, self-starter who knows how to build websites in Drupal and have a couple of projects that would dazzle us? Do you have experience working with the Drupal framework and a working knowledge of modules, theming and web technologies such as HTML and CSS? If so, RDI is looking to expand our development team. We are a design and interactive studio of individuals building high-quality web, print and brand experiences for our clients.

Project Manager

Are you an individual with amazing organizational and planning skills? Do you have a passion for delivering killer web experiences and wowing clients? If so, RDI is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for keeping the team on track and managing the scope, requirements, budgets and deliverables for our projects.
